Communnication
A parent is a child's first teacher. No one knows your child better than you. We are open to communication about your child by email at any time and will reply as soon as we are able.
Teamwork
Every student has unique needs for support. Tell us more about what your goals are and we'll make a plan together. We are also happy to communicate with classroom teachers in order to work towards the best for your child.
Tutoring works!
A study by Philip Oreopoulos shows that one-on-one and small group tutoring consistently improves academic achievements.
It was found that students randomly selected to receive tutoring in maths or english outperformed their peers more than 80% of the time.
The study also found that tutors who were teachers or paraprofessionals with some training were more effective tutors.
